PARTY PEEKS WEDNESDAY: Valentine's Spa Party

With less than a week until Valentine's Day, I wanted to share a fun party that's perfect for little ladies who want to celebrate on February 14th or at any old sleepover!

I love this fab fete from Itsy Belle featuring Moodylicious Children's Spa products.  After all, what girl doesn't love to be pampered?

All of the guests were given Moodylicious products at the mani/pedi station.

And then they got to work beautifying each other.

In addition to spa treatments, there were plenty of treats too!

These spa "sundaes" made from loofahs and bath beads are too cute.

There were marshmallow sugar scrubbers.

And the lip straw toppers are a great touch.

It doesn't get much sweeter - well, except with some chocolate face frosting!

I don't know about you, but this post is making me want to get my spa on!

PARTY PEEKS WEDNESDAY: New Year's Day Brunch

When I saw this New Year's Day brunch from Dawn at Not Just a Mommy, it put a huge smile on my face.  The delightful details are easy to replicate and perfect for any breakfast or brunch bash.

Dawn put together a Mimosa bar for the adults (she's my kind of lady!) using printables from Eat Drink Chic and CHEERS glasses created with champagne flutes and glitter letter stickers.

The kids place settings were designated with mini frying pans and personalized candy eggs.

Brunch itself was comprised of a combination of store bought and homemade goodies.

I love how the french toast sticks and fruit were displayed in clear glasses.  And yes, that is bacon on a stick!

And for favors?  Candy made to look like buttered toast.

Could you die?

PARTY PEEKS WEDNESDAY: Getting Fishy With It

I am currently up to my elbows in projects for Gabrielle and Alaina's birthday party next weekend so I have the utmost respect for people who fill their parties filled with handmade details.  Here's one that blew me away.

Photographer Michelle Dupuis threw a goldfish-themed first birthday bash for her son and every little bit is perfection!  She made the darling invitations:

Cooked up some fabulous fish food, like sandcastle sandwiches:

Bech bucket veggies:

And Go Fish jigglers:

Michelle even made the sidewalk chalk favors.

My favorite part?  The adorable goldfish cake topper she made, inspired by these.

PARTY PEEKS WEDNESDAY

Ready for a look some spectacular parties?  Good, because have I got some great ones for you this week!

Up first is William's Wild West Showdown from My Life My Loves.  The details from this birthday bash are totally amazing!  Just check out the innovative invite from Invite With Style:

Aren't those balloons fab?  I think I may have to steal, ahem, borrow that idea for Gabrielle and Alaina's party.

Guests were greeted by a full-on saloon.

Even the food got the cowboy treatment.  Love the bandanas on the milk!

And the activities were just right.  A hay bale treasure hunt for sheriff's badges:

A sharp-shooter game:

And potato sack races.

Who says someone has to be having a birthday to throw a big bash?  I love this end-of-school/beginning-of-summer Surf's Up party Holly from Paisley Petal Events threw for her son and his friends.

Jackson and his pals were treated to tons of themed treats, perfect for filling up before hitting the slip-n-slide and tossing a bunch of these!

And last but SO not least is this divine vintage "Sew Seven" sewing party Christine at Pure Joy Events planned for her daughter.

Is that darling or what?  And it just gets better!  The sweet spool invitations from FLIPAWOO were hand-delivered.

All of the treats were sewing themed.  I love the button pops in the spools.

The embroidered cookies.

And the spool of thread cake pops.

Each guest got to embroider their initial to take home:

Along with a fun little pouch of sewing-themed favors.

PARTY PEEKS WEDNESDAY

First of all, thanks to everyone who sent in links and pictures of their parties to feature during PARTY PEEKS WEDNESDAY!  I'm excited to share them here over the next few weeks.  And for those of you who commented or e-mailed asking what I'm planning for Gabrielle and Alaina's third birthday, I'm keeping the theme under wraps for now but I promise to post some sneak peeks as soon as I have them.

Up first is a party that comes from one of my favorite readers, Jenny from Crossing the Bugger-Dixon Line. She threw a super cool super hero bash for her little guy that will blow you away!  The invitation and printables by Anders Ruff set the tone perfectly.

Each guest received a personalized t-shirt, cape and mask when they arrived, so they hit the telephone booth to transform themselves:

 And then they got busy decorating the skyline coloring wall.

Even the food fit the theme, with a make-your-own hero bar.

Wasn't that fun?

I saw this next party on The Sweetest Occasion and immediately thought that birthday from Little Household & Sugar was, in fact, one of the sweetest celebrations I've seen in a while.  To celebrate Emory turning one, her parents sent out an invitation that included a wish card, on which guests could express their hopes for the birthday girl.

Then they were all attached to the cake using candles.

And the sweetness continued in the wonderful DIY decorations.

I just love it all!

And last but not least is an oldie but goodie, in more ways than one.  I always adore the parties thrown by Dawn from Bee's Knees Parties but this old school hip hop second birthday is just amazing!

And wait until you see the birthday boy.

Could you just die?
